Our team of professional auctioneers boasts 20 to 25+ years of experience, all graduates of prestigious auction schools, and together, we annually raise millions of dollars for exceptional causes. Our primary aim is to pair non-profit organizations with the ideal auctioneer to meet the specific requirements of each event. Before making a commitment to a benefit auction company, we encourage you to grant us the opportunity to earn your trust and business, allowing us to make a profoundly positive impact on your event. Please note that all quoted fees are subject to negotiation after our initial consultation. We want to emphasize that our fee quote encompasses more than just auctioneering services. Top Auction Services takes your event seriously, dedicating time to engage in video and conference calls for consultation purposes. Additionally, we make it a point to arrive at the event location at least 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to meet your team members, assess the setup of live and silent auction items, and address any other event-related matters. This meticulous preparation ensures that we are fully equipped to raise funds effectively for your noble cause. OUR TEAM

GIL HYDER

Gil Hyder began his career in the auction business in 1992 after being encouraged by a high school friend. Gil’s passion for the auction business grew to many other facets of the industry when he graduated from Missouri Auction School in 1993 and has held executive management positions in the industry.

Gil is motivated to keep his audience’s excited when he is leading an auction. He believes to be a great auctioneer, one must show enthusiasm, professionalism and connect with the audience through humor and sincerity. Some of the positive feedback that Gil has received from charity auction events is his ability to create excitement, his showmanship and positive attitude. Gil is a native Californian originally from the Bay Area. He has served in the U.S. Marine Corps. and has lived in Hawaii, Seattle and San Diego. Some of Gil’s outside interests are surfing, playing soccer, swimming and traveling.

DAVID AAHL

David attended auctions with his father growing up and from then on, he was hooked. He enjoyed everything about auctions from seeing the biding going back in forth between bidders to the excitement of the auctioneer calling numbers and saying SOLD! In 1993 David graduated from Missouri School of Auctioneering and since then David has made a living selling collector cars, real estate, airplanes and more.

David’s true passion is working with great nonprofit organizations to raise money at fundraising events. David is known for his dedication, attention to detail and making events fun. David has many tools in his toolbox to share with non-profits when it comes to fundraising. When David is not working, he enjoys spending time with his son and daughter, working on his 1967convertible Mustang he has had since high school and attending professional sporting events.
